Any fees charged to your account are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. You agree to submit any dispute regarding any charge to your account in writing to sobhags.com within thirty (30) days of the charge, otherwise that dispute will be waived, and the charge will be final and not subject to challenge. Refunds (if any) made pursuant to a dispute, are at the discretion of sobhags.com. Membership can be cancelled without stating any reason. When you cancel a Membership with us, you will continue to receive your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period. If you want to cancel a membership you have with us, just contact us and we will help you. Email your refund or membership cancellation request to Support@sobhags.com. Please include the words “Refund Request” or “Membership Cancellation Request” in the subject line of your email.
We also offer a refund in the following situations: If you made your purchase more than once, in one specific month If a purchase was made without your permission If this is the case, please contact customer support, provide the order number(s) or transaction ID(s) from the purchase, and specify which one(s) need refunded. We are unable to make a refund without an order number or transaction ID that verifies that you own the account.
sobhags.com is a yearly membership service. If we've done something that has caused you to be unable to access your Account, please let us know and we'll try to fix it. If we can't fix it, you may be eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for paying any governmental taxes imposed on your use of the sobhags.com Services, including sales, use, or value added taxes. If requested, you will promptly furnish to sobhags.com the applicable receipts or certificates regarding such remittances as soon as reasonably practicable. To the extent that sobhags.com is obligated to collect such taxes, sobhags.com will charge your Payment Method or otherwise add the applicable to your billing account.
